Sunday 17th June marks Father's Day 2018. With Dads often feeling the pressure to get back to work, they are not always around to join in with the family photoshoots, whether that be Maternity Sessions, Newborn Experiences or Sitting Up Sessions. I very much encourage fathers to come along; when that new baby is all grown up, they won't be particularly interested in seeing images of themselves. Have a think; what are the favourite images of yourself from childhood? I expect high on the list will be ones of you with your mum, dad or other close members of your family. I'd bet you don't look at the images and think that dad looks exhausted! It's simply lovely seeing yourself with your dad. This is just what your new bundle of joy will think when they are all grown up! So come on dad; take a morning off work, have a fun and memorable session making memories with your new family!

As a special gift, all Fathers that come to the studio in June will receive a copy of a great magazine aimed just at them; The Fourth Tri-Dad. From the creators of The Fourth Trimester, there has only been one edition so far, but we hope for more!!

So next time your baby decides to fall asleep on you, have this little magazine close to hand, for some funny, interesting and inspiring reading.
